High Altitude, Huge Flavor
Growing peppers at high elevations in the dry climate of Colorado can be a real challenge. Luckily, the good folks at Wild Mountain Seed company developed a great sweet pepper that was bred to thrive in this challenging environment. The Mountain Roaster Pepper is a large pepper that ripens from green to red. Thick walls and a great crunch combine with a super sweet flavor that you will LOVE fresh or cooked.
