    Letter U of the Alphabet of Heat A delicious, low-heat pepper that has an incredible shape! These are similar to a bishops hat pepper, but I prefer the flavor on the uba tuba. Pepper Facts: tasting notes:

    Letter V of the Alphabet of Heat A pepper very similar to the elephant pepper from letter E. These are heavily corked and a pleasure to eat. Great for making a slightly spicy paprika! Pepper Facts: tasting notes:

  • Xion Mutant Pepper
    Letter X of the Alphabet of Heat Mutant peppers are amazing little genetic freaks that produce long spindly leaves instead of traditional broad leaves. They tend to stay more compact, and put on small fruit that are often seedless. Pepper Facts: tasting notes:
