Letter B of the Alphabet of Heat
The Bulgarian Carrot is one of the spiciest annuum peppers in my opinion. It has beautiful bright orange fruits that look an awful lot like baby carrots. The plants are fast growing and will produce a lot of peppers if well cared for. Ripening time on the fruits can be slow but you can usually expect to get 2 strong flushes of peppers each season.
