Antep Aci Dolma – A Spicy Bell Pepper?!

The Antep Aci Dolma is an awesome pepper that is a mildly spicy bell or paprika type pepper with great sweetness. These fruit can grow huge, the size of a grapefruit! Very unique shapes and a killer deep red color makes the Antep a pleasure to grow. Capsicum Annuum originating from Turkey.

Origin: Ankara Turkey
Heat: 5,000 – 7,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU)
Plant Size: 1 Meter and taller
Fruit: 3 – 7 Inches diameter

Tasting Notes:

A thick fleshed pepper with very sweet flavors that evoke hints of watermelon and strawberry. A mild flat burn nearly the same heat as a mild jalapeno. Very juicy with a good crunch and no bitter aftertaste.
